Align Trex 600 ESP CF Bottom Plate

Certain parts for older Align Trex 600 size heli's are no longer available. I print those pieces! This is a bottom plate that holds the frames and skids in place. This is a 2 piece design since it is over 300mm when complete and my bed is only 220mm. I use a drop of 2 part epoxy or CA at the joint when installing and allow the screw to hold it while drying. I also drill and tap the skid mount holes for 3mm machine screws and use M3 nylon screws. You could skip the tapping and use a coarse thread if you prefer. I have put many flights on several of these and they hold up very well. I have also crashed many times and feel as though this bottom plate breaking and shattering has saved my skids and frames every time.
