Alitmeter for SimVim 3 Stepper Motors

This is a remix of the Single Stepper Motor Altimeter. I needed to modify it to operate on 3 stepper motors to use SimVim with X-Plane 11. You will still need these original items; Bezel_V1, Fondo_Right or Left, Needle1, Needle2, Needle3_10k or 16k, Disco, Knob_V1, Base_V1, Gear_Small, and the printed faces. Note: if you are using 16k then the cog I named 10000 Needle Cog is the same for the 16k Needle. After that I simply replaced the back end. 3x New Needle Cogs (100, 1000, 10000) 3x Stepper Motor Cogs (100, 1000, 10000) Stepper Motor Mounting Plate for 3 motors and the encoder. Mounting Back Plate DO NOT PRINT COMPLETE ASSEMBLY this is for reference of assembly. I used M4x10mm Bolts for the Steppers and M3x10mm to attach the Stepper Motor Mount plate to the Stepper Axel plate and M3x?? (length you need for Bezel through you instrument panel and into the guide plate) Stepper Motors are 28BYJ-48 with the Full Step Modification as explained on SimVims website. When you assemble it does matter which motor controls100, 1000 and 10000 needles otherwise the sensor mounts will not fit. This has all the mountings for the optical sensors required for all the Cogs. The sensor is the TCRT5000 optical sensor. However, using them as suggested on SimVim was very unreliable. Getting reflection right is a pain. So you will need to take apart the sensors and mount the IR emitted on the top and the IR sensor on the bottom. Pictures to help have been added. Hot glue works best for the Sensor mounting into the blocks and Superglue to attach the Sensor Mounts to the Stepper Plate. NOTE: Before you glue any sensors into the mounts you need to do a trial fit and Drill a 3mm hole inline with your sensor mounts on each cog. 1 hole in each. Any questions just ask as I know this process can be frustrating and its taken me over 3 weeks to get a fully working design. If you found this useful, please donate what you think it is worth to my paypal.me. Help cover the time of design. Thanks, Enjoy!
