All Metal Fan Duct for Ultimaker 1 / Ultimaker Original

English: This is a WIP of an all metal fan duct for Ultimaker. The duct is made of thin (0.8 mm) and lightweight aluminum sheet which means it's inexpensive and very easy to process and assemble. The version you see in the pictures is an earlier prototype. The version of the drawing you can download is more up-to-date. It works, although some minor things could be improved. I won't follow this project any more as I switched to a full custom-made hot-end, but you can grab this thing, make it or even improve it and share with the community. German: Dies ist der Entwurf eines Luftkanals, der vollständig aus Metall besteht und für den Einsatz am Ultimaker gedacht ist. Der Luftkanal besteht aus dünnem (0,8 mm) und leichten Aluminiumblech, was das Ganze billig und leicht zu verarbeiten macht. Die Version, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist ein älterer Prototyp. Zum Download steht eine Zeichnung neueren Datums. Der Luftkanal funktioniert, wenngleich es einige wenige Dinge gibt, die man noch verbessern könnte. Da ich jedoch zu einem vollständig selbstgebauten Hotend gewechselt bin, verfolge ich dieses Projekt nicht länger und gebe die Entwürfe frei, sodass jeder es nachbauen, verbessern und wieder mit der Community teilen kann.
