The model from Deluxe trunk bike carrier 102DN pads had a 50mm that was the correct width, but needed to be bigger overall. I also wanted a 'lip' to cover the end of the metal clip. I surprised myself with the use of Tinkercad and came up with this. Works perfect! Now I can put this old bike rack on my new(er) vehicle and not worry about scratching the trunk up.
