After searching "Alpha Phi Omega" and "APO" on Thingiverse, I discovered only one thing has been made. I decided to make keychains to give out during recruitment or even just for my fellow members. This particular keychain is in the form of a chat bubble and have the letters "APO" in the middle. I printed in black, which shows the letters poorly, but painting or using a different color filament should make it look better!
