My proposal features commercial UPE 80 profiles, easily cut with a miter saw, and boasting parallel wings for simple bolting. Assembly processes for the battery box and frequency converter remain unchanged. To combat X-axis stress-induced deformations, I incorporated reticular reinforcements made from commercial profiles. FEA screenshots confirm acceptable stress levels, with minimal peak singularities due to local constraints. The final structure weighs 124 kg.
