Parts/materials required: - Casio W-800H-1 - 3d printed inner casing from FLEX filament - 3d printed outer casing from PLA filament - About 28mm x 28mm square piece from 2mm polycarbonate plexiglass - 22 mm (when compressed) watch band pins (and a watch band pin tool) - 20 mm NATO strap Optional: super glue Instructions: 1. Print the inner casing with FLEX 2. Print the outer casing with PLA 3. Place the plexiglass piece inside the PLA outercasing (remember to remove plastic covers) Optional: If you want to secure the plexiglass on its place, drop few drops of super glue in the corners inside where the plexi glass touches the outer casing 4. Try to fit inner casing inside the outer casing with plexiglass inside. This is a very tight fit and the side buttons might need some trimming (mine needed quite a lot). 5. Disassemble the Casio watch by removing screws from the backside. Keep screws and back plate. 6. Place the watch mechanism inside the inner casing. Test whether the buttons work. If not then take the mechanism out and try to trim more the inner casing. Then try to put the mechanism back in and test buttons. 7. When everything is working, take the back plate and screw it in place to cover the back side with the casio screws. There are holes for the screws. 8. Put the watch band pins in their place with the watch band pin tool. 9. Finish with NATO band
