This is base for saxophone mute. Cylindrical part shall be covered by felt or some other soft cloth glued on the surface to add 2mm of thickness. The cylinder is 67mm in diameter. So overall thickness should be 71mm. Scale this model to use with other saxophones. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: JGAURORA Z - 605S Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Layer 0.05 mm Nozzle 0.4 mm Infill: 100% Notes: I printed it in ABS plastic, but this is not much important since aluminium is used in such product as well. Layer 0.05mm is required to print this model without support! If a printer does not provide such layer thickness - either use support, or use layer 0.1mm nozzle 0.8+mm.
