Demonstration video: https://youtu.be/ODg4FpLLXbg If some dimensions are too tight then use bit sanding, rather it being bit tight than being too loose. Tested with feather handle and feather blades. No support needed, and the bottom is just 1 layer height, allowing it to be not as 'water tight' allowing the glue to seep through the fibers and hopefully make a better bond. There is a hole in the 'head' slot to allow the head be inserted right side up, but for me I like the upside down as demonstrated in the video. The first iteration has 2 big holes for the handle to be picked up and for the head to be accessed, but v2 has no hole for fingers at the head, that means it provides much better grip and the upside down layout is even more preferred. Source SolidWorks files published too.
