Aluminum profiles have sharp edges. This cap covers them. I did a few modifications to original scad so you can easily modify it to different sizes using the profile spec dimensions and changing only the variables shown in datasheet picture. Thanks to @espr14 for publishing his work source code. Recommendation: print just one and check if it fits tightly before printing many. Probably need to tweak ww variable a bit until find the correct value for your printer and aluminum profile.
