In an attempt to fix two issues with my A1 model, I replaced the hard-wired US power cable with a standard IEC plug for global use and added a switch with integrated controls for simplicity. To ensure durability, I printed the box with 33% infill. The IEC plug/switch combination was sourced from eBay and designed to allow accessibility to the quick release tabs at the rear of the box. The wiring is discreetly channeled through a tunnel under the rear 2060 extrusion, and it's recommended to retain the cord's strain relief. Note that adjusting the rear foot position may be necessary due to varying placement in different models. Overall, this modification enhances functionality and usability of the A1 model. Enjoy! :-)
