ALUMINIUM 3D PRINTER OCTAL

ALUMINIUM 3D PRINTER OCTAL

Our own aluminum 3D printer design conceived in two days and cast at home using a miter saw and drill. The whole concept worked for us at home for two years of daily printing. The printer is very problematic despite the fact that you can make it at home "on your knees" without any printed part of the part. The biggest problem will probably be its overall alignment of angles. A hotend assembly can be used well. You can remake it for your project. You need two 4010 radial fans for cooling the parts. And one axial fan 4010(4020) for cooling the hotend. The hotend part for mounting the fans is a remix of the narrow hotend, which suited me in a small space. Unfortunately, the two radial fans are not strong enough to cool the print. This project serves to show how far the lust for 3D printing can go. When I finish and upload the drawing documentation with some redesigned parts, it will probably be just like our museum exhibit. I'm going to dismantle the printer and convert it to what I think is a amazing RATRIG 3 + EVA 2.4 + BMG + V6. In the end, the whole prototype did not disappoint. But he didn't quite succeed either. I plan to use mgn rails in the future, so we'll see if anything aluminum comes out of that.
