Aluminium Profile 20x20 Sturdy Corner / Bracket

This is a bracket / corner for joining aluminium 20x20 profiles together. It's meant for the profiles sold here in Curitiba area / Brazil. I just discovered they are slightly different from other parts of the world (see the exact shape in the pictures). So none of the brackets I found here at Thingiverse would fit it nicely, I decided to make another one :-) The openscad source is included. It's 25mm long but if you need it to be 20mm long you can set the "reduz20" variable to 1 on the source (it will be a little less sturdy then). Three of these in every corner, like seen in the pictures, make the frame VERY rigid. So rigid you cannot bend it by hands. I'm using this to make the frame of my new 3d printer and I'm not concerned about the frame stability at all. There is a protuberance below it that fit's the rail on the profile, making it align perfectly and not twist while screwing. It will also hold the square nut if you are using one (it was driving me crazy trying to hold it by hand). It's optimized for square nuts but it will also work on T nuts (both seen on the pictures). In case you use the T nuts, you may want to set "vao_bracket_porca" to 0 (zero). I'll make a customizer of this thing when I get some time. OBS: the hole is good for a M5 bolt and the space inside the case is right for a M5 washer. You may be able to fit a different size but I have not tested it. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Graber Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25 prints fine (in this case, thinner is worse because you want best layer bonding)). Infill: 95% (yes, very high infill is strongly advised) Notes: It's important to print in the direction show in the pictures (the default direction in the files) for best strength.
