To securely attach a raspberry case to your aluminium profile, insert a small pin anchor into place. This anchor is designed specifically for this purpose and can be easily installed using an Allen key. Simply turn the anchor 90 degrees clockwise with the Allen key until it locks firmly against the profile. This setup has been successfully used by me on my Alfawise U30 to hold my Octoprint Raspberry pi in position, ensuring a stable and secure installation.
