We're using a pair of Andymark am-0096a hubs mounted to the sides of 1" aluminum tubing for a throwing arm on our FRC robot and were concerned (probably unnecessarily) about the strength where the bolts go through the tubing, so I put this together. Fits nicely inside 1" tubing with 1/16" walls. The OpenSCAD file will let you customize to your heart's content! Print Settings Printer: Monoprice i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 1mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing Printed this one with a round shaft hole because our original didn't really line up well with the specs, so the shaft won't grip this insert.
