Aluminum U Channel Angled Clip

Aluminum U Channel Angled Clip

thingiverse

I am adding custom under cabinet lighting in my kitchen (driven by a couple ESP-32s). I purchased some aluminum U channel from Amazon but didn't like the reflection off of the counter. I began looking for some clips to angle the U channel but never really found anything. I ended up finding bratan's clip but it wasn't wide enough (or angled). I basically took that design and reworked it to use variables/parameters for just about everything. This version is not extremely tight so the U channel snaps into place (since it'll be in a tight corner). The clips are loose enough to slide on the U channel but tight enough for a satisfying snap when pressing into place. Here are links to the U channel I am using and to the Fusion 360 project (not sure if the parameters transfer with the f3d file which is in the files section).
