AM8 Jig for gantry alignment (assembly)
thingiverse
Updates 03/08/2017 Added a 139mm long version. This jig checks whether the gantry is far enough from the rear part of the frame. It prints without supports and can be secured to the frame. Both sides need verification, then it can be removed, and both X-axis nuts taken out as well, while the Y-axis nut remains in place for the inner corner bracket (not pictured). This jig does not verify if Y and Z extrusions form a right angle; check the angle with an appropriate tool instead. Consult the picture for further clarification.
