AM8 RAMPS Full Graphic LCD Smart Controller Mount

This thing allows mounting http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250 Case for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller by wersy to the left front corner of the AM8 Full Metal Frame for the Anet A8 printer. For this installation you will need the case bottom with the nut pockets. It uses a remixed version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1975439 2020 LCD Display Mount by henryarnold to mount the case. I designed a replacement left front corner bracket to attach the display to the AM8 frame left front corner. Additional Items: 1 x m6 x 35mm screw 1 x m6 nylon lock nut 3 x m6 flat washers 2 x m5 x 10mm button head screws 1 x m5 square nut 2 x m3 x 10mm screws 2x m3 hex nuts Installation: If you are adding this to an already completed AM8 frame you will need to remove the front cross piece to allow installation of 1 m5 square nut in the lower channel on the left side of the left frame piece. You will need to thread the lower hole in the extrusion with an m5 tap as you did for the uprights. Install the m5 nylon lock nut in the hexagon recess on the new corner bracket. Replace the printed corner bracket with the new one Now for the LCD Display mount place 2 m6 flat washers on the m6 x 35mm screw, slide it through the 6mm hole on the LCD Display Mount with the washers and head of the screw in the recess. Place the last m6 flat washer on the screw and attached the LCD Display Mount to the corner bracket. Tighten the screw to provide enough tension on the LCD Display mount to hold it in place. Install your RAMPS smart controller in the case following the instructions provided by wersy. You can now mount the display case to the LCD Display mount.
