Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet Dock Holder with audio and power access

A landscape dock for an Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet with access ports for audio cable and USB power. I needed a dock to hold the tablet so it could be used as a Spotify front end controller, be permanently powered and also connected to the hi-fi with 3.5mm audio cables. The dock has access for the power and audio, as well as a hole to press the sleep/lock button and a recess for the volume rocker so it won't activate once set in place. The tablet sits nicely in the dock once the audio and USB are attached. The stands can be slotted and then glued into place which holds it at a nice angle similar to other docks. The main body is made in two parts so they fit on most standard desktop printers. Use some strong glue to connect the parts and the stands on the rear, there is also a strengthening diamond which sits in the very centre of the build. This will ensure strength between the two halves of the main body, optional of course if you think your glue is strong enough. [A single body piece is also available for those with larger build plates - 143x244mm] USB cable is a common right angled micro USB, the audio cable I used was this UGREEN flat cabled one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/UGREEN-Headphones-Stereos-Smartphones-Speakers-Red/dp/B00SUIKMBQ See also my LG Nexus 4 dock, which this has replaced now. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2748265
