Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Cooling

So I purchased Amazons Fire TV 4K a couple of weeks ago. I added an external SSD harddrive to it and run Kodi as well as a few other streaming apps from it. It works well but I noticed that navigating around the menus and apps on the firetv after a couple of hours would be a little sluggish. I thought maybe it was the batteries in the remote, but changing the batteries did not help. My latest theory is that maybe the fire stick 4k is getting overheated from all of the stuff i have running on it. So i designed this overkill case for it. It uses 2 12volt 25mm fans that i wired parallel to a dc port (5.5 x 2.1). You can use your own dc port the hole i made for the port is 8mm in diameter and has a depth of 14mm or so. Also, I took the case off of the firetv and inserted it naked into my design. It fits snugly, but i added a cable tie for peace of mind to keep it secure. I've been using this solution for the last few days and haven't had any issues, your mileage may vary. Cheers.
