Amazon T8 tombstone modification

You can build T8 compact florescent fixtures DIY for 1/10 the price of a prebuilt fixture for LEDS since you have to buy an entire fixture and remove the ballast. so basically you are buying the 4 tombstones and a metal housing for 20$ when you can get the tombstones for less than 1$ each and thats all you need to build a LED fixture. The t8 tombstones i bought from amazon were slightly different than the ones the OP must have. So modified to fit these. Picture of tombstones from amazon picture of the screws i used that fit Recess deeper and larger the cutout fits the angled part and 3 tabs better. Made a double t8 version. Print settings as rough as you want. i used .6 nozzle 20% infill and .2 layer to spit these out as fast as possible. I printed without supports. yes the bottom overhang will sag slightly. its is accounted for in the fitment. if something does not show and you cant see it its kinda pointless for supports. if you like removing supports by all means use them. but they are not needed for this part to fit.
