I met the legal Vice President of the Southern Pacific on an airplane that was diverted to Baltimore leaving me without cash and only a company check. The airport was closed when we got in and the limousine fare was not covered. I mailed him the loaned funds in San Francisco when I got back in Long Beach. Later I knew the legal Vice President of the Santa Fe Railroad. He worked with me on a noise barrier for a 6000 foot section of freeway in Seal Beach..His office was in Los Angeles.. ..
