My AMERiCANO slide in quick change arm 'kwad' design in 3d print. Fffrustrated with limitations & costs associated with CNC and carbon fibre (The defacto quadcopter construction process) I decided to pursue the 3D print route. So far, I think it's looking positive. The flight test is always the make or break with these things, but production-wise at any rate it's a winner! It’s a hot project of mine, so frame parts may change daily! The 'locking' feature with the nutserts required the arms to be trimmed where they meet in the middle.
