Amiga 2000 Gotek Mount

Amiga 2000 Gotek Mount

I purchased a Gotek for my Amiga 2000 from RetroFriends and needed a simple yet sturdy means to mount the drive in the second drive slot alongside the factory floppy drive. This frame mirrors the size of the factory Chinon drive. The Gotek I purchased came in a case, measuring roughly 102.50mm x 32.25mm and this frame is designed for that size. There are 2 files for print. The frame itself and the standoffs. The frame has 8 holes in the bottom for the standoffs to be glued into, but you will only use 4 of them. Pre-fit everything on the drive plate prior to gluing the standoffs to ensure you have the correct holes to line up the front of the Gotek with the face of the case. The standoffs have a pin which keys into the holes on the bottom of the frame to ensure correct position. Print the frame with supports, as the rear stops need support. Print the standoffs without support to keep the screw holes open. This was printed on a Voxelab Aquila using Inland PLA. Printing temps were 220c for the filament and 50c for the bed.
