Amiga 3000 Faceplate Lookalike

Amiga 3000 Faceplate Lookalike

thingiverse

These are models of an Amiga 3000 faceplate, power button, and drive cover. Note that they are meant as a starting point for Amiga 3000 themed cases and the like, not as actual direct replacements for the original parts. As such, STEP format versions are included and the models are deliberately deeper and more solid than the original parts to make editing simpler. They probably could be used as a basis for replacement parts, but it would take a bit of work. I did the best I could, but was going off of rough dimensions and pictures I found online and had to take my best guess in places (alas I got rid of my old 3000 many years ago). If anyone has access to an original and wishes to provide measurements or spots errors, I would be happy to improve it. The Amiga logo and power button symbols were originally printed on so instead I cut them into the models, but it would be easy to erase them or make the letters raised instead. The power and hard drive status LED text is raised as on the original case. The faceplate is too large for many printers, so would have to be sliced up. I have not printed it myself yet.
