Amiga/Vampire Cooling Fan Vent

Amiga/Vampire Cooling Fan Vent

After having some stability issues with my Amiga 600 (with Vampire V2) due to overheating I decided to add a cooling fan. Due to the limited space I designed this to pull cool air in through the top of the case and blow this both over and under the Vampire card. Holds a standard 40mm fan, and just needs sticking to the vents on the inside of the case (use tape, hot glue, sugru or something similar). If you want to screw the fan in to stop it rattling or vibrating then you can use Allan/Hex Cap head screws (M3 x 12mm). As this may be useful for users with other Amigas or accelerator cards I have also included three different sizes of fan vent. The one shown in the photos is the longer one which fits nicely with the Vampire. UPDATE: I have now uploaded 3 versions of these fan mounts with raised edged that fit perfectly either side of the Amiga 600's air vents. This allows for it to easily be attached using some 5mm double sided tape.
