AMO Arrow Cutting Jig

Adjustable arrow length sizing and cutting jig. The most basic component is a v-block and clamp with cutting guides for an X-Acto Razor Saw. This will hold arrows securely from 1/4" diameter up to 23/64" (and more). Note that you cannot over-tighten the clamp. FOR WOOD ARROW SHAFTS - NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CARBON The v-block is augmented with the other parts to allow instant arrow shaft measurements and consistent cutting. At the nock end is an adjustable slider that provides 5" of arrow length variation (or 3" on the shorter version). Arrow lengths are measured using the Archery Manufacturers Organisation (AMO) standard from the base of the nock groove to the end of the physical shaft, before the point. Two sizes of click-on nock locators provide a sturdy connection. The large nock locator has been tested with 5/16" Bjorn, Bohning, Gold Tip and Easton nocks. The small nock locator has been tested with 1/4" Bjorn and Black Eagle nocks. A suitable length of wood is required to complete the jig. Mine was 35.5" long by 3" wide by 1" deep. 6x No.8 wood screws 3/4"-1" long are also required. See post-printing instructions. USE THIS JIG AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. I CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU CAUSE WHILE USING IT.
