*UPDATE* I've also uploaded a blender file that has all the models in their "final form" of what I uploaded. If it's useful for someone, kewl. I also just uploaded a model that I used for the magnet to make the holes in the models. Happy Printing! *END UPDATE* Use 4x2 magnets All prints should print fine without supports exactly as they are oriented with no supports. Brim / Raft is up to you / your printer. NOTE FOR TOP HALF (this has a hole for a magnet hidden inside the head!) IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT SWAPPABLE HATS: I use the post-processing in CURA to pause the print at the layer just before the printer will go over the hole in the head for the top magnet. When the printer pauses I insert the magnet. It's worth mentioning that the way I made sure all my hats / heads are interchangeable was to print a hat first, glue in the magnet however it landed, then stick a magnet to it once dry and use that orientation when inserting the magnet into the head. NOTE FOR ALIGNING BODY MAGNETS I used basically the same process for keeping the top body and bottom magnets consistent. Just glued some magnets into the bottom however they fell, let them dry, then clicked magnets to those, put glue into the two magnets holes in the underside of the top print, aligned the holes with the magnets, pressed them together, flipped the thing over and slid them apart. This makes sure the magnets are facing the way they need to stick together. If you use the same base every time you do this, you'll be able to swap tops. NOTE FOR HATS I've only modified two of the hats thus far because I needed to get these printed for Christmas. But I intend to do more as the kids request them. The magnet hole location in the top hat is intentionally not centered as from what I saw from images, and Liang0108's model, the hat is supposed to sit at an angle. NOTE FOR GUTS I slice everything in CURA and for the guts I use the post-processing to change filament and the layer where the guts begin to add a little more color.
