Initially I got an official Canon<>Amscope adapter but found it didn't work at all (could never achieve focus) and threw it away. So I bought a C-mount camera and decided to print an adapter. There was a lot of trial and error involved but I was eventually successful in making fully-printed threads that mate to all of the requisite interfaces. The jam nut is used to lock rotation after you achieve near-focus. Use the eyepiece focus knobs to achieve simultaneous focus on all three ports.
