The imperfection of your print will be reproduced on your silicone model, the finer the layers, the better. You can use a layer of varnish/resin to plug all the holes, and then a little sanding to have a smooth surface. Be careful when you use the printed or the silicon one. I recommend using it with a condom so you can avoid defects that can lead to breakage or material that can react badly with the body. Check out my other designs, you might find something you like.
