ANALOG HANDBRAKE | SIM RACING

ANALOG HANDBRAKE | SIM RACING

The first step was to design the handbrake in a 3d modeling software. I used solidworks for this purpose. The design revolved around the items that I had available in my workshop. For example a hall effect sensor would make the mechanical design much less complicated but since I did not have it I had to use a potentionmeter. Similarly the Tubing I used came from an old Roll up banner. All files are printed with Ender 3 pro with support at 0.24mm layer height.
