Print two of these, they are each half of the shell. This is for anderson power poles when used on smaller power leads like what's included with many modern QRP rigs. This holds the power poles firmly, has a pocket behind them for the wires and a channel for strain relief of the power line. There are three versions of the shell. One with a 3mm cable hole for the tr(u)SDX power cord, one with a 4mm hole for slightly larger power cables, and one for common 14 gauge twin power cords. BUILD NOTES: Print with at least 0.2mm layer height. The power poles will fit in the shell and be held in place by the nubs that fit the pin depression on the side. The screw holes will accept M4x12mm screws. A little pressure is needed to start the screw and then it should bite firmly into the plastic and hold very well. Put a screw in one half and drive it in till its tip is flush with the inner edge of the shell. Then hold the other half of the shell in place, pinching the two halves together as you drive the screw the rest of the way in. Snug it down firmly and the shell should not show a visible seam.
