The Anderson Powerpole SB50 housing is designed for my roof rack but should work equally well on other types of tubing. Its intended purpose will be solar quick connects and the housing is designed to have little wind resistance. The Center Section holding the SB50 connectors is fitted with M3 screws to the housing. The housing itself accommodates all necessary wiring and has a cable outlet on the top. This cable outlet is designed for 12mm corrugated tubing to make it somewhat waterproof. The oval holes in the top section accommodate standard hose clamps to really crank this thing down. Print Material is PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.25mm layer height. 35% infill and 5 shell perimeters. It is super sturdy. Stay tuned, I will upload a deviation of this for flat surfaces.
