Hello CMU Community, CMU Alumni, and Andrew Carnegie Enthusiasts! Have you ever heard of lithophanes? They are etched or molded artwork in very thin translucent material that can only be seen clearly when back lit with a light source. They can also be 3D printed and now you have the opportunity to print a lithophane that can be seen through the light on your Mac Computer (just add an adhesive) or as something cool to place on your desk! There is both the flat and curved option so you get to decide what works for you! Note: Please be sure to not print the flat on it's back. Make sure to print at an angle.
