Building a mini computer for kids based on an old 7-inch tablet with a broken touchpad involves several steps. First, you need to disassemble the tablet, remove the faulty touchpad, and use a Micro Usb - Usb adapter for the keyboard and mouse. For power supply, you have to unsolder the original battery and replace it with a 5v-2A charger. The start button (12mm in size) is soldered in parallel to the original one.
