Anet 10 - Damper support for Y axis
thingiverse
Hi everyone, The other day, I attempted to install a silencer on my extruder motor, as well as the X and Y-axis motors, in order to reduce the noise of my 3D printer during operation. Unfortunately, the motor on the bed axis was unable to receive the silencer due to its proximity to the ground. The best approach for me turned out to be creating four separate parts that would provide a 10mm offset from the ground and offer enough space to place the silencer on the bed axis motor. Here's how I implemented this modification: 1. Print the four offset parts. 2. Replace the current screws with four new ones (Screw M5 x 25mm). 3. Assemble the entire system onto my 3D printer. 4. Install the silencer on the axis motor. 5. Enjoy this upgrade to your machine!
