Remixed and Enhanced: Strengthened with Bracing and Reinforced Punched Holes, Resulting in a Much Stiffer Alternative to the Frail Anet Original Front Y Axis Frame. The Anet design was inherently prone to warping due to its flat printing layout on the bed, which led to uneven cooling of the outer edges. Additionally, prints warped when oriented upright, making it essential to find an alternative solution. This revised vertical print layout features two discreet feet that provide 2 mm of support, allowing for efficient cooling of initial layers. The outcome has been a significant improvement in print reliability, with minimal filament waste. To maximize the effectiveness of this design, ensure that the Z-axis is properly braced to reduce wobble and maintain optimal stability.
