The 4 holes are ment to add switches that are 6 mm in diameter with some space between them to add lables. The hole for the speaker ( black round thingy on the PCB of the LCD ) is made bigger so it fits in. The back brackets can be found at the original creator here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020134 I printed it with PLA without any problems, original creator prefers ABS. Have fun printing! :)
