I'm creating a robust sleeve for bearings because the previous ones kept failing me. The design is solid, and I hope it will last longer. After printing one, I noticed that the flange was sagging due to overhang, so I split it in half to achieve crisp edges. Next, I need to ream out the center hole with a 3mm reamer for smooth spinning action. Additionally, I'll be using a ny-lock nut on the screw that passes through it to prevent it from tightening itself unnecessarily. To address this issue, I'm employing a 3mm shaft and retaining clips from my RC parts bin. A SketchUp file is included with the design.
