The original version collides with the Z axis during auto leveling. Redesigned to sit lower, and closer to the Z plane. New version works seamlessly with Autolevel. Once my daughter assembles the connectors, I'll post a new video. Updated - V3 Left bracket has been shortened and lowered to support the BL Touch sensor. Now both sides fit perfectly without contacting anything on the Z or X axis. I needed to replace a large clamp-style desklamp that was constantly in the way. I had some 12V LED strips lying around, so I decided to make a light bar. Initially, I made this to help determine the best position for the light to face and not come into contact with the X axis assembly. This is the first design and it worked incredibly well, so I'm leaving it as is. The bar rotates about 150 degrees and mounts on the frame with no additional screws or hardware necessary. It's a tight fit to get the parts together, so work it back and forth a bit. That way, the bar will stay in place due to tension in the power wire. Original design doesn't work with an autolevel installed. I'll make a V2 that does.
