I completely redesigned the tensioner to make it easier to adjust the pulleys' alignment. The new design also allows for slightly thicker "horns" that can handle denser materials with ease. I even adapted the parts to be made from ABS plastic, which is a great option for many users. Despite not having access to this particular printer, I was thrilled to hear back from the new owner who reported that the tensioner works flawlessly without any issues!
