I designed a revised tensioner with a changed layout. The adjustment process for aligning pulleys is now more streamlined. I tweaked the size of the "horns" to enhance their functionality in denser working conditions. The modified design accommodates ABS plastic. Unfortunately, I do not have access to this particular printer. Nevertheless, feedback from the new owner suggests that the tensioner operates without any issues.
