Anet A8 - Center Nozzle Fan at 45 degree angle

<p>Inspired by Pruse MK3s update for the nozzle fan position. I have updated the popular fan v2 to handle the 45 degree angle.</p> <p>I have remixed the part from <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1620630">Hesine M-505,</a> Anet A8 - Center Nozzle Fan by <a href="/Arjjck">Arjjck</a>, thanks.</p> <p>The bracket to attach to the x-axis extruder comes from <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3009290">Prusa Mk3 fan duct (Includes double mount adaptor)</a> by <a href="/martin_au">martin_au</a>, thanks.
