I designed this carriage because I could'nt find one that I liked. I don't think the material type matters that much, but because PET is stiffer and more heat resistant I went with that. You'll need some screws of your own, you can't reuse the Anet A8 ones for as far is I know. I designed this to work with various M3 and M4 shoulder bolts. There is only one size for the sensor (12mm) because that's what I have. If there is any interest in a 16mm version let me know, I'll try to make that too. It's very important to use support, otherwise the top of the print (the flap where the cooling fan is mounted to) will fail. Speaking of, that fan is mounted using some 3M double sided tape like the stuff you find on GoPro sticky mounts. It sounds ghetto, I know but the tape dampens a lot of the sound of the fan and is more than strong enough to support the fan and duct. For the duct I used wladq66's longer left duct for anet a8.
