This mod is a remix of this removable fan but redesigned to fit a 70mm fan as my original fan broke. I used this models dimensions and instructions on how to cut down the heat sink etc I have included them here but I recommend looking at the pictures provided at this link. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2326111 "This mod includes cutting down the extruder heatsink. My subjective observation are that the incresed airflow more than fully compensates for this and making the extruder run at least as cool at stock. But be aware that all modding are at your own risk!"
