Anet A8 Extruder Fan Modification

UPDATE: Thx for your downloads, but I stoped support for this part because I sell my A8. Thank you for likes, collects, remixes and so on. Feel free for asking but I will not work longer on this mod. I often had problems with replacing the filament (filament leftover in the extruder) and I was tired of always disassembling the fan so I decided to make the fan movable. My modification is a kind of hinge. One half is attached to the extruder with two 3x25mm screws. The other half is screwed together with two 3x30mm screws and two 3mm nuts. ATTENTION: It's important to sink in the holes of the aluminium block to make the screws flush with the block. Additionally I use the Anet A8 Extruder Fan Spacer by AZDawg (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1798669) which I customized so the fan sits flush on the aluminium block. Both parts are screwd together with one 3x40mm screws and two 3mm nuts. The aluminiun block does not bear directly on the extruder anymore so some of you might say that it isn't of use anymore. Thats right you lost the cooling effect but I do not recognize any change in the results with PLA. For ABS this MOD is maybe not good because highter temp on the extruder. However the positive effect is noticeable as you have fast and easy access to the filmanet loader. So everyone who is tired of disassembling the fan each time he has problems with the loader is welcome to use my modification to improve his own printer.
