Extruder fan silencer mod, bolt on top of your 50mm radial fan to bring down DB. On my setup from 30cm away Without Silencer: 65DB With Silencer: 57DB Bolt mounts are wide enough for M4 and are 2mm thick. Print to the quality you require, print is rather simple. Brim & Support structures are needed for mounting brackets.
