V2.0 (2017-11-04) - Simply added a schematic for easier imaginize the difference between the height of 20mm and 22mm. Last weeks I printed only with this duct, and I am very satisfied. - - - V2.0 (2017-10-07) - I have completely redesigned the fan duct and now it works as I imagine. Improvements to old version: (old version is in zip-file) - easier to print - bigger tube - better air flow at all holes - corner bevelled to optimize the airflow and reduce resistance - improved blower-connector ("disabled" the whistle-sound; now rushes only) - better holding in blower I have added two versions with different distances from blower bottom and duct bottom (20mm and 22mm). The 20mm version has more distance to print bed, the 22mm is 2mm lower. It works very good for me at the moment. Please let me know, if it works for you too. - - - V1.0 (2017-09-27) - (First and old version) This is a combined redesign from this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2186878 and this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2234778 I loved the bigger holes and the compact design from the first one and the nearly full circular airflow from almost all diections from the second. So I designed a combined fan duct. It fits perfectly in my blower and the nozzle is in the middle. I am also satisfied with the relative height to nozzle. Some ducts are very far down, so they had scratched the first tracks partly from the glass plate. 2017-10-02 IMPORTANT: Actually I am testing a new design. If it works as I imagine it, I will update this description and replace the files. At the moment It looks good. The new one is a bit bigger, but very light and the blower is significantly quieter (had whistled before).
