Fan_Duct's Air Nozzles must be focused on just right below the extruder's nozzle. My Fan Duct's nozzles target to exactly below 3mm extruder_nozzle And each Nozzles' air_flows must have same strength. You can test other fan-ducts or your fan_duct presently used with Nipple_for_Test. Name of "Star_Gate_Fan_Duct" was inspired during flow test (It also has similar shape of Star_Ship "Enterprise" in "Star_Trek" Inner ribs have Two purpose 1. balanced air flow & distribute (So front_nozzles and rear_nozzles have same strength of air flow( AeroDynamics ! ) 2. have roles as supporters when print the object. PS: You must print in slow and fine mode for good shape of "Nozzles' Hole". And use "RAFT".
