I printed Puddlefist's Thingiverse model 2357589, but quickly realized that un-threading and re-threading the filament was essential to get it up and running smoothly. The more I could minimize threading, the happier I would be. I took the design into Tinkercad and made some modifications to the guide, while leaving the mounting plate and arm intact. After slicing a 1.8mm opening to allow for easy filament insertion, I was able to get it working for myself, although results may vary depending on individual circumstances.
